Ordered sweet potato chips. Got wedges. Called back, staff claim that they repeated the order twice. No record of that so you can't argue with them. Leaves a bad taste in ur mouth. Will not a returning customer

Organised with Ali to have Dougies cater for my engagement party with 120+ people and was very happy with the experience. Ali had us at their restaurant prior to the event to try the food at no cost before we had committed anything and applied no pressure to us to secure the event. Dougies showed up on the night as planned and the food was great, very happy, thanks guys!

Had the burger box for 3 and the Oz cheesy fries with my family and we LOVED IT! Everything from the burgers to the ribs and wings, it was all delicious. Great customer service. Would recommend 100%

Love Dougies. They have some of the most delicious burgers out there which can also be dipped in cheese! However they also have very healthy options for gym peeps. Go there now if your close!

We were glad we tried it. Very generous on the sides that came with our family chicken meal (tabouli, chips, pickles, bread, garlic sauce, brown rice), the chicken was juicy and the manager really went above and beyond with the service.

Used to love this place until I dined in here tonite and saw a mouse walking around even after I notified a staff member he went over had a look and saw nothing and just walked back to the kitchen then when the mouse came back out I called the manager to come look and he just walked around like who cares then walked back to the kitchen even after I showed him a photo of the rat..I was gobsmacked at how they didn't care this place should be shut down they obviously don't care about hygiene

Not even zero - 0 rating this resturant you cant rank it st food million times better than this resturantthe woth chiken you will ever eat its tast like its being boiled and they do it in big microwave and but it on charcol fire only 2 or 3 minutes to give the burning look from outside from inside its so slimy its not fresh they have it stacked and when order they microve it and but on fire 2 to 3 minutes . not even worth a 1$

Someone referred me to try it at least once and it was absolutely loved it. Every single bite of our order was delicious. Portion quantity can be argued on but it was enough for me as an individual, however, my friend had Kentucky burger and he didn't find worth the value. I'll highly recommend people to visit it at least once and don't forget to order "cheesy sauce".

Service is always fast, efficient & friendly. Food is always superb (have been coming in for over 5 years, very frequently & they've never disappointed!). An excellent & well balanced menu regardless of your appetite or dietary needs & the taste is absolutely cracker from the salads, to the burgers (sweet potato wedges are a must with sweet chilli & sour cream - OMG so yum!) to the chicken & steak. You can't go wrong at Dougies!!!
